We support CALF Animal Sanctuary - an animal charity that rescues and provides loving homes to all animals. And often saves animals that have been abused, or injured by the meat industry. Animals that were destined to be killed for meat have been saved and given the chance to live a full life in a loving environment. Thank-you CALF for your beautiful efforts for peace on earth!!

Mini - Yoga Video

Yoga is great for relaxing the body, circulation, concentration and fitness. This is a short video showing you how to practice the 'Sun Salutation' a well balanced sequence of moves you can practice anywhere which excersises the whole body.

The word 'Yoga' means 'Union' and is often practiced to encourage the state of 'oneness' with the universe, a state some people refer to as enlightenemnt. Yoga encourages peace, in mind and body. We hope you have fun trying it out :)
